CHONDROITIN
- Chondroitin sulphate is a substance found in cartilage tissues in both animals and people. Its function, among other things, is to preserve moisture in the cartilage and work as a "cartilage building block", as well as to protect the cartilage. Chondroitin sulphate contributes to the improvement of joint movement and suppleness.
MSM (METHYL SULPHONYL METHANE)
- MSM (Methyl Sulphonyl Methane) is a sulphurous substance found in nature. The substance is used in cell construction and production of hormones, enzymes and anti-oxidants. Since MSM is used continually during metabolism, we require a continuous supply. Most animals and people require a dietary supplement in addition to that MSM which we consume naturally through food. MSM has a painreducing effect and has shown itself to be useful in joint functionality, but also has a positive effect on hair.
GLUCOSAMINE
- Glucosamine is one the body’s own substances which is formed from glucose (a type of sugar). It is found naturally in the body, especially in the skeletal structure and bone cartilage. It seems that many animals, as with humans, require additional glucosamine in order to maintain/build up the body’s store. Numerous scientific studies have shown that glucosamine has a positive effect on joints and joint functionality. It has been documented that glucosamine supplements can stop the breakdown of bone cartilage which often occurs in ageing. Glucosamine has shown to be effective in reducing pain and in promoting mobility.
DEVIL´S CLAW - HARPAGOPHYTUM PROCUMBENS
- Devil’s Claw - Harpagophytum procumbens also called grapple plant or wood spider. Devil’s Claw is native to South Africa and Namibia. It is a special root bulb which is used for therapeutic purposes. It is anti-inflammatory and has a painreducing effect, it is also beneficial for all conditions where uric acid levels in the body are too high (e.g. gout), as well as being prominently used against pain from degenerative arthritis.
Feeding advice
In the event of great pain, double the dosage the first treatment period and uninterrupted for optimal effectiveness when needed. Artro’Husse can be added directly to your pet’s food.Product is safe to use during pregnancy, lactation and for puppies or kittens. For animal use only.
